What it looks for
Volatility spike range against its own recent average 20-day high / low a close outside the last twenty days 4h surge / drop an outsized move in four hours Overbought / sold RSI above 70 or below 30 Gap up / down an open away from the previous close
Fixed rules, no model and no opinion. The scan runs every hour across fifteen forex, metals, energy and crypto symbols and logs whatever trips a rule.
What to do with it
An alert is a reason to open the chart, not a reason to trade. A twenty-day high on gold tells you where price sits against the last month. Whether that is a breakout or an exhaustion is still your call.
How often does this update?
Every hour. A condition is re-logged for as long as it holds, so the page shows each symbol and rule once, at the time it last fired.
Does an alert mean buy or sell?
Neither. These are conditions, not signals. The direction on a row says which way the condition fired, not which way to trade it.
Why is RSI the most common alert?
Because it trips most easily. An RSI extreme on its own is the weakest thing on the list, which is why every row is labelled with the rule that fired it.
