1. Use of Services

Alphamind AI provides AI-driven financial analytics, quantitative models, signals, and research tools designed solely for informational and educational purposes.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial research purposes;
• Not scrape, extract, mine, reverse engineer, or redistribute any portion of the platform or its output;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures, exceed authorized access, or disrupt system operations.

No part of the Services constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

2. Intellectual Property

All content—including algorithms, AI models, indicators, strategies, signals, dashboards, user interface elements, research commentary, and data visualizations—is the exclusive property of Alphamind AI and/or its partners.

You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services strictly for your own internal research.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit any content;
• Use Alphamind AI outputs to create competing products or derivative datasets.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Alphamind AI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing, plan features, and billing frequency are displayed at checkout.

By subscribing, you acknowledge:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date;
• Payments are processed by Stripe (or other authorized processors). We do not store full payment card details;
• You can manage or cancel your plan through your account dashboard. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated;
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and will be shown where required.

Refunds: Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, unless stated in our Refund Policy.

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. If changes affect your subscription, we will provide notice in advance where required.

4. Risk Disclaimer

Financial markets involve substantial risk.

The models, insights, and signals provided by Alphamind AI are algorithmically generated and rely on historical data, market assumptions, and probabilistic forecasts.

Therefore:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results;
• AI-generated insights may contain inaccuracies or delays;
• You bear full responsibility for your investment decisions.

Alphamind AI does not act as a registered investment advisor, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. We strongly encourage consultation with licensed financial professionals before acting on any information from the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Alphamind AI shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses, opportunity costs, or portfolio underperformance;
• Service interruptions, data lags, errors, or system failures;
• Consequences of unauthorized access due to user negligence;
• Actions or omissions by third-party data providers or integration partners.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

You may not upload or provide content that:

Alphamind AI may remove user-submitted content that breaches these Terms.
