1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

a. Account & Profile Information

• Name (optional, if provided)
• Email address
• Account preferences and settings
• Any information you choose to submit to us (e.g., support requests)

If you sign in with a third-party account such as WeChat, we receive the basic profile identifiers that provider shares with us, such as an account identifier, display name, and avatar. We do not receive your password.

b. Subscription & Payment Information

• Subscription status, plan type, billing history, transaction IDs
• Billing contact details (as applicable)
• For USDT payments, the payment address and on-chain transaction reference used to match your order

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe and WeChat Pay). We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment details under their own privacy policies. On-chain transaction data associated with a USDT payment is public by the nature of the blockchain.

c. Usage & Technical Data

• IP address, device identifiers
• Browser type/version, operating system
• Pages viewed, session duration, clickstream interactions
• Performance metrics, diagnostics, and security logs
• Approximate location derived from your IP address, used to determine which features are available to you

d. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings and (where available) our cookie preferences tools.

e. User Inputs and AI Interactions

If you submit text prompts, questions, feedback, or other content through the Services, including conversations with our AI assistant and the parameters of any analysis you request, we process that content to produce the response, to operate the feature, and to diagnose and improve service reliability. Prompts and the market context attached to them are sent to third-party AI model providers we engage, as described in Section 3. Please do not include passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive personal information in your prompts.

f. Trading Connection Data

If you connect a brokerage or cryptocurrency exchange account, or enable copy trading, we collect and process the information needed to operate that connection:

• Credentials issued by, or used with, your broker or exchange, such as API keys and secrets, access tokens, server or platform names, account numbers, and (for copy trading) the trading password you provide
• Account state read from your broker or exchange, such as balance, equity, margin, open positions, and pending orders
• Orders you transmit through the Services and the resulting trade and transaction history
• Records of when a connection was created, paused, or removed

This information is used only to operate the features you have enabled, to support you, and to investigate errors and abuse. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. You can remove a connection at any time in the Services, and you can revoke credentials directly with your broker or exchange.

g. Platform Activity

We record activity within platform features, including Coin balances and transactions, prediction market stakes and settlements, referral relationships and reward eligibility, and any information you submit when claiming a partner or broker-account reward.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support
• Operate broker and exchange connections, transmit the orders you initiate, and run copy trading where you have enabled it
• Determine which features are available in your location
• Process payments and administer subscriptions
• Send service-related notices (e.g., account, security, billing, feature updates)
• Send marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time)
• Monitor, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents, including abuse of prediction markets and referral programmes
• Improve performance, usability, and reliability (including analytics and debugging)
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you (providing the Services you request), your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and improving the Services), and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not use your trading connection data, order history, or AI conversations to train third-party AI models.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with:

a. Service Providers

Trusted providers that support the platform, acting on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. They fall into the following categories:

• Hosting, database, and authentication
• Payment processing
• AI model providers, which receive the prompts and market context needed to generate a response
• Market and news data providers, which receive the instrument and timeframe requested rather than your identity
• Email delivery
• Analytics, security, and customer support
• Brokers and exchanges you connect, which receive the orders and instructions you initiate

b. Affiliates & Corporate Entities

For internal operations, compliance, and marketing, subject to confidentiality.

c. Legal and Regulatory Bodies

To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or government requests.

d. Business Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or corporate restructuring, your data may be transferred as a business asset.

4. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
• Opt out of marketing emails (via the unsubscribe link)

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to:

• Provide and improve the Services
• Maintain business records (e.g., subscription and billing history)
• Comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Broker and exchange credentials are deleted when you remove the connection or close your account. Records of orders transmitted, Coin transactions, and payments are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, even after the related connection is removed.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls that restrict trading connection data to the systems and personnel that need it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can reduce your own risk by granting your broker or exchange the narrowest API permissions the feature requires, never enabling withdrawal or transfer permissions, and revoking credentials when you stop using a connection.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own (including where our service providers operate). We take steps designed to protect transfers as required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including brokers and exchanges we introduce. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via the Services or email. Continued use of the Services after the update becomes effective means you accept the updated Policy.
